Enlightened Leadership begins with awakening an individual to their True-Nature, Authentic-Self, or Higher-Self or whatever name you choose to call it.
When the individual has experienced or awakened to the truth of who they are, what another is, and what life is the Enlightened Leader is born. Once an awaking has taken place it is accompanied by new understandings. The individual then begins to align their deepest truth, values and unique gifts with their role as a leader.
By aligning enlightenment with leadership one gains the wisdom to “Do the right things, the right way”. The Enlightened Leader has the ability to know what actions or non-actions are called for in each moment of truth.
